The vision of Celebration Church is simple and clear. We exist to help people...
1. Know God
God wants to know us personally. Whether you're new to faith, have questions, or have been a Christ follower for a long time, our Sunday services are a safe place to learn more about what it means to know God and grow closer to Him.
2. Find Freedom
One of the ways God designed for us to live in freedom is to have people in our life to help us in the journey. Connecting with others in a Small Group is a practical way to find that kind of life-giving community.
3. Discover Purpose
We're all an important part of God's plan, and our life will never make sense until we walk in that plan. Discover Celebration is broken up into two parts that are designed to help us take steps in the important process of discovering our purpose in Christ.
4. Make A Difference
When we make a difference in the lives of others, the Bible tells us we will experience joy. Through serving on the Dream Team, we hope to connect every person to an opportunity to use their gifts and talents to serve others in the local church and in our community.

Based on foundational truths from the Bible, our beliefs are the framework for our teachings and the foundation for our vision. We believe in...
God
Jesus
The Father, head of the Trinity, the Creator of all things past, present, and future. He has no beginning and no end, always has been and always will be. He is perfect, holy, righteous, just, full of mercy, gracious, and He loves us. Everything exists to glorify Him.
God the Son, second person of the Trinity -- 100% God and 100% man. The only man to ever live a sinless life. Born of a virgin, He performed miracles, died on the cross for mankind, and rose from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures. He then ascended to the right hand of the Father and will return again.
The Holy Spirit
The third person of the Trinity given at Pentecost, He is the promise of the Father sent by Jesus after His ascension to empower the Church to preach the Gospel throughout the whole earth. Among His evidences is speaking in an unknown tongue, which is the initial physical evidence.
The Trinity
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and co-eternal.
The Bible
Both true and authoritative, we believe God divinely inspired the original authors through the Holy Spirit to write both the New and Old Testaments. Scripture alone is the final authority in determining all doctrinal truths.
Resurrection
Jesus Christ was physically resurrected from the dead in a glorified body three days after His death on the cross. In addition, both the saved and the lost will be resurrected – they that are saved to the resurrection of life and they that are lost to the resurrection of eternal damnation.
The Second Coming
Jesus Christ will physically and visibly return to earth for the second time to establish His Kingdom. This will occur at a date undisclosed by the Scriptures.
The Gospel
The good news that God himself, the Creator, has come to rescue us from sin, and renew all things, in and through the work of Jesus Christ on our behalf, to establish his Kingdom, through his people, in the power of the Holy Spirit. Salvation is offered to mankind, not by any human efforts, but through faith in this Gospel.
Water Baptism & Communion
The Bible gives the church these two perpetual ordinances. First, Baptism - a sign of what God has done in a person’s life. It is identification with Jesus and is effected in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The second is Communion - a frequent celebration of Jesus’ death on the cross, and done in remembrance of Him until He comes again. Both institutions are restricted to those who are believers.

Our Pastors
David & Angela Daniel
Lead Pastors
Pastor David Daniel and Angela dreamed of planting a church with a simple goal – help people connect with God so that they might reach their full potential. With the help of a Dream Team-close to 150 adults committed to seeing this dream become a reality- Celebration Church was born on October 4, 2009.
From the beginning, Celebration Church focused on reaching out to the non-churched community by building relationships through Small Groups. The life-giving message of the Gospel, the passion and joy of Sunday services, and the simple style of Celebration Church brought immediate growth.
Today, hundreds of people attend the weekend services and Small Groups all over the cities of Shreveport and Bossier. God is at work at Celebration Church. We invite you to see for yourself how exciting church can be when the focus is simple and people are free to go after God with passion!
